For most people, filing bankruptcy helps their credit score!

How can that be? That's the result of a study of 225,000 credit card done by Lending Tree in October 2024.

I'm Woodbridge bankrutpcy lawyer Robert Weed. I talk to people every week who have put off filing for bankruptcy because they want to "protect their good credit." All they are doing is protecting their bad credit.

After bankruptcy, most people have a credit score between 600 and 620. Is your score over 600 now; then bankruptcy will bring it down. If your score is below 600, it's time to find out what bankruptcy can do for you.
